Here are two scripts which you can use to transform a text wrote after the new roules of the Romanian Academy and opposite.

In '93 Romanian Academy made a stupid roule that î from i is partially replaced by î from a, only in the interior of the words. For the composed words, if the second starts with î from i, it will remain that way. Also sînt is replaced by sunt.
The roules before '93 were much simpler. One uses î from a only in the words derivated from român (Romanian). Non-Romanian oppinion about î-â.
î from i is î and î from a is â.
